Veg Jaipuri
This one-pot, quick and easy meal is the perfect midweek dish. It so delicious, everyone needs to try this combination of textures and flavours!
Ingredients
- 150 grams of cabbage, green capsicum, carrots
- 50 grams paneer
- 1 Tbsp Oil/Ghee
- 1Tbsp kismis or tutifruity
- ½ cup of water or milk

Method
Step One
Julienne the vegetables and cube the paneer
Step Two
In a hot pan add 1 tsp of oil/ghee. Gently sauté the paneer.
Step Three
In another pan heat the rest of the oil/ ghee. Once the oil is ready add the vegetables and sauté. Add the paneer and toss.
Step Four
Add in the Shahi Masala and half a cup of water cook for a further 7- 10 min. Adjust salt if needed
Step Five
Serve with hot roti
