  • 250 Sprouts
  • Lemon
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • Coriander to garnish

Method

Step One
In a hot pan add 1 tbsp of oil. Once the oil is ready add the sprouts with a cup of water and cook till soft
Step Two
Add in the Handi Masala and cook for 7- 10 min. Adjust salt if needed & water.
Step Three
Serve with chopped coriander
