Spicy Peas and Potato Curry
This one-pot, quick and easy meal is the perfect midweek dish. It so delicious, everyone needs to try this combination of textures and flavours!
Ingredients
- 150 gms Potatoes/ Aloo
- 150 gms Peas (Fresh or Frozen)
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- Coriander to garnish

Method
Step One
Dice the potatoes into medium slice cubes
Step Two
In a hot pan add 2 tbsp of oil. Once the oil is ready add Potatoes and cook for a few minutes.
Step Three
Add the peas cook till soft.
Step Four
Add in the Handi Masala, 1 cup water and cook for 10 min. Adjust salt if needed

Garnish with coriander before serving
