Mushroom and Sweet Corn Subzi

- 250 grams Sweet Corn and Button Mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp Oil/Ghee
- ½ cup of water

Method
Step One
Toss vegetables in tablespoon of oil. Add ½ a cup of water and cook till vegetables are soft
Step Two
Add the shahi masala and cook for a further 7 minutes Adjust salt if needed
Step Three
Serve with hot roti or naan
