Methi Mutter Malai

Ingredients
- 150 grams peas
- 50 grams methi (fenugreek leaves)
- 1 Tbsp Oil/Ghee
- ½ cup of water or milk

Method
Step One
Boil the peas and keep aside
Step Two
In a hot pan add 1 tbsp. Gently sauté the methi till it changes colour. Add the peas and toss.
Step Three
Add in the Shahi Masala and half a cup of water/milk cook for a further 7- 10 min. Adjust salt if needed
Step Four
Serve with hot roti or naan
