Mutter Mushrooms

This one-pot, quick and easy meal is the perfect midweek dish. It so delicious, everyone needs to try this combination of textures and flavours!

Ingredients

  • 100 grams mushrooms
  • 100 grams peas
  • 1 tbsp oil

Method

Step One
Slice the mushrooms.
Step Two
In a hot pan add 1 tbsp of oil and sauté the mushrooms followed by the peas for a few minutes
Step Three
Add in the Butter Masala and cook for a further 7 -8 min on medium heat. Adjust salt if needed
Step Four
Garnish with some finely chopped coriander
