Paneer Butter Masala

This one-pot, quick and easy meal is the perfect midweek dish. It so delicious, everyone needs to try this combination of textures and flavours!

Ingredients

  • 200 gms Paneer
  • 1 tbsp butter/ghee
  • ½ cup water or milk

Method

Step One
Cut paneer in large cubes
Step Two

In a hot pan add 1 tbsp of butter. Once the butter is ready add the paneer and sauté till golden
Step Three
Add in the Butter Masala with ½ a cup of milk or water and cook for a further 5 -7 min on medium heat. Adjust salt if needed
Step Four

Garnish with a dollop of butter or swirl of cream.
