Soya and Green Peas
This one-pot, quick and easy meal is the perfect midweek dish. It so delicious, everyone needs to try this combination of textures and flavours!
Ingredients
- 50 grams of Soya chunks
- 150 grams peas
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- Coriander to garnish

Method
Step One
Boil the soya chunks and squeeze out the excess water.
Step Two
In a hot pan add 1 tbsp of oil. Once the oil is ready add soya chunks and sauté.
Step Three
Add the peas and cook till soft.
Step Four
Add in the Handi Masala and cook for a further 7-8 min on medium heat. Adjust salt if needed
Step Five
Serve with hot roti or rice.
