Channa Masala

- 250 grams of boiled channa
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- Coriander to garnish

Method
Step One
In a hot pan add 2 tbsp of oil. Once the oil is ready add the chopped tomatoes and cook till soft.
Step Two
Add the boiled channa and sauté
Step Three
Add in the Handi Masala and cook for a further 5 min on medium heat. Adjust salt if needed
Step Four
Serve with hot roti or rice.
