Potato and Cauliflower Subzi

This one-pot, quick and easy meal is the perfect midweek dish. It so delicious, everyone needs to try this combination of textures and flavours!

Ingredients

  • 150 gms Potatoes/ Aloo
  • 100 gms Cauliflower
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • Coriander to garnish

Method

Step One
Chop all the vegetables
Step Two
In a hot pan add 2 tbsp of oil. Once the oil is ready add the vegetables and sauté. Add a cup of water and cook till soft.
Step Three
Add in the Handi Masala and cook for a further 5 min on medium heat. Adjust salt if needed
Step Four 
Serve with hot roti or rice.
